You may notice yourself clenching at the computer, or someone may have said you grind at night. In consultation we review these signs, your teeth and your discomfort to decide what needs care or protection.

Orofacial pain can have different origins and is not always related to the teeth or the bite.
In my practice I assess your symptoms as a whole to identify their possible origin and distinguish causes related to the chewing system from those that may require assessment by other professionals.

Snoring and Sleep Apnoea Treatment
Anti-snoring splint. Apnoea.
Habitual snoring can affect not only your own rest. It can also disrupt the sleep of the person beside you and, in some cases, be a sign that night-time breathing needs a more detailed assessment. In certain patients, a custom anti-snoring splint, also called a mandibular advancement device (MAD), can help keep the airway more open while you sleep.
